The CoreFit Cross Trainer is a workout machine that allows the user to do many different core & mutil-muscle exercises. It has an adjustable bar across the top for pull ups & assisted pull ups. It has an adjustable barbell rack that can be used at any height level for bench workouts or squats. A lower non-adjustable barbell rack can be used for any standing workouts. There are two separate adjustable platforms held in place by a rack. Each platform can be individually moved up & down, & left to right. The platforms are used for step-ups & box jumps. The platforms have removable handles on one side & can be used for push-ups. All platform exercises can be performed unevenly by adjusting one platform at a time.  The platforms can also be used to hold dumbbells while doing bench & standing workouts. The platforms can be removed & replaced by a set of dip bars. The dip bars are adjustable & can be used at different height levels. The machine includes seven different hooks at varying levels to allow for the use of resistance bands. You can also use the platforms for increased balance & core strength while working out with resistance bands.

The pull up bar slides through two holes located at the top of the adjustable pull-up bar rack. The bar is held in place by two adjustable pull pins, one on each side. The top of each pull-up bar rack has a hook for use with resistance bands. The pull-up bar racks telescope up and down, for height adjustment, & they are locked into place by two adjustable pull pins.

The middle part of the frame has a hook on each side, for resistance bands, & can be used as a separate barbell rack when doing standing workouts. The ends of the middle frame are angled to prevent the barbell from rolling off. The middle section of the frame fits over the bottom part of the frame & they are bolted together with a triangle-shaped plate to assist in the prevention of swaying, when using the adjustable barbell racks.

The bottom part of the bottom frame has a piece of rubber. The inside front & back of the bottom frame have removable weighted plates that can be bolted onto the machine to prevent it from sliding during heavy resistance bands workouts. On the top of the bottom frame, on the side closest to the pull up bar, there are two hooks on each side that face opposite of each other. These are used for resistance bands. On the top of the bottom frame, on the side furthest from the pull up bar, there is one hook on each side, which are to be used with resistance bands.

The frame for the platform racks fit over the top of the bottom frame. They slide forward & backward & are locked into place with four adjustable pull pins, two on each side. The frame for the platform racks have a hook on the front & back of each side, to be used with resistance bands. The platform racks fit over the top of the frame. They slide left to right & lock into place with two adjustable pull pins, one on the front & one on the back. The platforms or dips bars slide into the platform rack & lock into place with adjustable pull pins.
